1. Seller and agreement
These terms govern purchases made from Sayknee through https://www.sayknee.com. Questions may be sent to hello@sayknee.com or raised at +61 8 9305 2522.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Customers must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter the contract. Account information must be accurate and credentials kept secure.
3. Product information and availability
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, images, materials, dimensions, availability and required safety information. Minor display differences do not remove rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we explain the available cancellation, refund or lawful alternative.
4. Order formation
Product listings are invitations to place an order. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.
5. Prices, GST and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and include GST where required. Delivery charges and other mandatory costs are shown before the order is submitted. Payment rules are available at https://www.sayknee.com/pages/payment-terms.
6. Delivery, returns and consumer guarantees
Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies Australian Consumer Law guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Promotions and reviews
Promotion terms state eligibility, duration, stock limits, exclusions and interaction with returns. Reviews must be genuine and lawful. Any user-content licence is limited to the disclosed service purpose.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Store content may be protected by intellectual-property law. Personal use does not permit unlawful copying, scraping, circumvention, malware, infringement, fraudulent orders or interference with the service.
9. Third-party services
Payment, delivery, analytics and social-media services may have separate terms. Third-party terms do not remove responsibilities that applicable law assigns to us as the seller.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For goods or services not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, any permitted limitation is subject to the Australian Consumer Law and does not apply where it would be unfair or unreasonable.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and contracts concluded through this store are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Consumers may bring a claim in any court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact hello@sayknee.com. You may also contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or Consumer Protection Western Australia.
12. Changes and contact
Changes apply prospectively and do not alter completed purchases except where legally permitted or agreed. Contact hello@sayknee.com or +61 8 9305 2522.
