Payment Terms
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
Sayknee aims to provide a secure, clear and convenient payment experience for customers placing orders through our website.
This Payment Terms page explains the accepted payment methods, currency, pricing, payment authorization, payment security and payment-related procedures applicable to purchases made through www.sayknee.com.
Sayknee is operated from Australia and serves customers in the United States. Payment availability, displayed currency and checkout options may vary depending on the customer's location, selected market settings, payment provider availability and checkout environment.
The final payment amount, applicable currency and available payment methods are displayed during checkout before the customer submits an order.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Sayknee accepts the following payment methods where they are displayed as available during checkout:
-
Shop Pay
-
Visa
-
Mastercard
-
American Express
-
UnionPay
-
Apple Pay
-
Google Pay
-
Bancontact
-
BLIK
-
MB WAY
The payment methods available for a particular order are displayed during the customer's checkout session.
Customers must select an available payment method and complete the required authorization before an order can be processed.
A payment method is considered available only when it appears as an active option during checkout.
2. Currency and Pricing
Sayknee supports multiple currencies to provide customers with a localized shopping experience.
The currency displayed on the website may depend on the customer's selected market, location settings, browser settings, website configuration and available checkout options.
The final currency and total amount charged are confirmed at checkout before payment is submitted.
The checkout total may include:
-
Product price;
-
Applicable discounts;
-
Applicable taxes;
-
Shipping charges;
-
Any other mandatory charges disclosed before purchase.
Sayknee does not add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been submitted.
If a customer's payment card, bank account or payment provider uses a currency different from the currency displayed at checkout, the customer's financial institution or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees.
Any currency conversion fee or foreign transaction fee is charged by the relevant financial institution or payment provider and is not controlled by Sayknee.
3. Payment Authorization
When an order is submitted, the selected payment method may be authorized immediately.
A temporary authorization hold may appear on the customer's account before payment is fully captured.
An authorization hold is not necessarily a completed charge.
Payment is captured when the order is accepted for processing through the applicable payment system.
If an order is cancelled before payment capture, any applicable authorization hold will be released or reversed through the payment provider.
The time required for an authorization hold to disappear from an account depends on the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.
4. Payment Security
Payment security is important to Sayknee.
Online checkout and payment processing are supported by Shopify and applicable payment providers, card networks and digital wallet services.
Payment information is transmitted through secure payment systems using SSL/TLS encryption, including 256-bit encryption where supported by the applicable connection and payment environment.
Shopify's payment infrastructure is designed to meet PCI DSS Level 1 compliance requirements, and payment card information is processed through secure payment providers rather than stored directly by Sayknee.
Sayknee does not store customers' complete payment card numbers, security codes or full payment credentials on its own website or servers.
Payment providers may apply additional security measures, including:
-
Payment authorization checks;
-
Address verification;
-
Fraud screening.
Customers should never send complete payment card details, security codes or account passwords to Sayknee by email.
5. Billing Verification and Fraud Prevention
To help protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, payment and order information may be reviewed during order processing.
Sayknee may conduct reasonable verification checks where:
-
Payment authorization cannot be completed;
-
Billing information appears incomplete or inconsistent;
-
The transaction is flagged by payment security systems;
-
Required order information cannot reasonably be verified;
-
The transaction presents a potential security concern.
If an order cannot be processed due to payment authorization or security concerns, Sayknee may pause or cancel the transaction.
Where appropriate, customers will be contacted using the information provided during checkout.
Any cancellation or payment review will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be processed until a valid payment authorization has been completed.
Customers should verify:
-
Payment method details;
-
Billing information;
-
Available funds or credit;
-
Card or payment account status;
-
Any authentication request from the bank or payment provider.
If payment continues to fail, customers should contact their bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Email: hello@sayknee.com
7. Duplicate Charges and Payment Issues
If a customer believes they have been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact Sayknee with:
-
Order number;
-
Transaction information;
-
Payment details available to the customer.
We will review payment records to determine whether the amount represents:
-
A completed payment;
-
A temporary authorization hold;
-
A duplicate transaction;
-
A reversal;
-
A refund.
A pending authorization amount shown by a bank or payment provider does not necessarily represent a completed duplicate charge.
8. Order Confirmation
After an order has been successfully submitted, Sayknee normally sends an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout.
Customers should review order confirmation details and contact us promptly if they notice incorrect information, including:
-
Product selection;
-
Quantity;
-
Shipping address;
-
Contact information;
-
Other order details.
An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order request.
It does not prevent Sayknee from cancelling an order where permitted under applicable law, including where payment cannot be authorized, products are unavailable or material errors occur.
9. Payment Surcharges
Sayknee does not charge additional payment-method surcharges for the payment methods listed in this policy.
No undisclosed mandatory payment charges are added after checkout submission.
The final payable amount is displayed before payment confirmation.
10. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Approved refunds are processed according to the Sayknee Refund Policy.
Where a refund is approved:
-
The refund is normally issued to the original payment method;
-
The refund is processed within the timeframe stated in the Refund Policy;
-
Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Nothing in this Payment Terms page limits consumer rights or remedies available under applicable laws, including:
-
Australian Consumer Law;
-
Applicable United States consumer protection laws.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer believes an incorrect charge has occurred or identifies an unauthorized transaction relating to a Sayknee order, customers are encouraged to contact us first:
Email: hello@sayknee.com
We will review the order and payment information and attempt to resolve the issue.
This does not limit a customer's right to contact their bank, card issuer, payment provider or relevant consumer protection authority.
Sayknee cooperates with legitimate payment disputes and provides relevant transaction information where permitted by law.
12. Payment Providers and Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through Shopify's payment infrastructure and applicable payment providers, card networks and digital wallet services available during checkout.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own:
-
Terms of service;
-
Privacy policies;
-
Security procedures;
-
Processing timelines.
Sayknee does not control the processing timelines applied by external financial institutions or payment providers.
The use of third-party payment services does not remove customer rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Contact Information
